Central America is one of the three Theatres of Operation available for play in Covert Action.

When playing in Central America, enemy agents may be hiding in any of the following 16 cities:

When playing in Central America, 15 different organizations will have offices and cels in each of the above cities. These organizations may or may not play any part in the unfolding plot.

Each enemy agent, whether they participate in the Criminal Plot or otherwise, will be affiliated randomly with one of the above organizations.
Note that the location of CIA, MI6 and Mossad offices in each city will be known from the moment the mission starts. Other locations may or may not be known in advance.
Travel Times[]
Below is a table of all travel times between the various cities of the Central American theatre. You'll note that they do not correspond to actual travel times in real life, especially to distant locations such as London or Tel Aviv.
Note that this table does not take into account the 2 hours it takes to go to the Airport! It only details the actual duration of the flight.
