News Bulletins is the name of one of the Documents collected by Max in his data files, and can be seen in the Check Data menu.
The News Bulletins document shows the content of each Bulletin Max has received so far during the Mission concerning the perpetration of Minor and Major Crimes. Each Bulletin notes the date on which it was received.
If a Crime has been committed more than once (as a result of Item Confiscation by Max), the document will show multiple instances of the same Bulletin as necessary.
Since Crime-Related Bulletins tend to mention the location where the Crime has taken place, reviewing them can help Max figure out where the responsible agent is located.
The News Bulletins document is very similar to the Crime Chronology document that can be reviewed at the Crypto Branch of any CIA Office. The difference between the two is that Crime Chronology includes dated entries for Message Traffic decoded by Max and Meetings recorded through Hideout Surveillance (Bugs and Wiretap]]s).
